1. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Standard delivery time varies between 3-7 business days depending on the location.
• Delivery may take longer in remote areas or due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, strikes, or logistics issues.

2. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping may be available on select products or for orders above a certain value.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

3. Delivery Process

• Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.
• Customers must ensure that the provided address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
• A signature may be required upon delivery for security purposes.

4. Failed Delivery Attempts

• If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt re-delivery or leave a pickup notice.
• In case of multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us, and re-shipping will be charged to the customer.
