1. No Returns After Delivery

Once a product has been delivered successfully, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

2. Exchange or Return for Damaged Items Only

We only accept exchanges or returns if the item is found to be damaged at the time of delivery. If you receive a damaged product, follow these steps:

✔ Report the issue immediately by contacting us at 8579967058 / 9142947058 or emailing indiagreenlumens@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
✔ Provide clear photos and videos of the damaged item along with the packaging.
✔ Our team will review the request and approve the exchange or return if the damage is verified.

3. Conditions for Exchange/Return

• The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
• The request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the damaged product.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the product is unavailable, a replacement of similar value may be provided.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for damages caused due to improper handling after delivery.

4. Refund & Replacement Process

• Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund (if applicable).
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
